SurgeryHub sells a web application to outpatient surgery centers and pain centers. We host the pages patients already look at. A finished packet stays on the patient’s computer. It sends when the office is logged into the platform. SurgeryHub does not operate a database or a cache for that file. The packet is not held on a continuous connection to the office. The portal uses your organization’s forms, not a generic packet. That is included in the price.
Built for administrators who buy technology, not only for clinicians who chart. No hospital system. No patient database on our side.
2. Your forms
Your packet. Not ours.
Send the sheets your center already uses. History, last meal time, consents you view before the visit. We wire those into the portal in setup. A dentist down the hall can have different forms than a pain physician. That is included in the price. We do not make you buy a form designer.
3. On their computer
Held on the patient’s computer
If the office computer is turned off, or if no one is signed in at the office, the completed packet remains on the patient’s computer. When a staff member signs in, or leaves the office computer open to receive packets, the packet can be sent. SurgeryHub does not store names, last meal time, or signatures.
4. Paper chart
One print, front and back
Pre-procedure and recovery on the front. The anesthesia record on the back. Print the packet, the chart, and the after-visit sheet together.

Why centers buy this
Patient portal — forms before they arrive
Patients complete history and last meal time at home and view consent language before they arrive. The portal uses your organization’s forms. The packet remains on the patient’s computer. SurgeryHub does not operate a database or a cache for that file. The packet can be sent when the office is signed in or has left a computer open to receive it. The front desk does not retype the packet. Viewing consent language is not the same as a nurse witnessing a signature in the procedure room.

What you are buying
- Your forms. The portal is built around the packet your organization already uses. We do not force a generic hospital clipboard. Wiring those forms is part of setup.
- Held on the patient’s computer. If the office is not signed in, the packet remains on the patient’s computer. It can be sent when the office is using the platform. SurgeryHub does not keep a copy and does not operate a database or cache for that file.
- Patient education library. Searchable cards at about a tenth-grade reading level, written and reviewed by human nurses and anesthesia providers. The same text prints with the chart. The catalog grows with the platform. It is included with the monthly retainer at no extra charge for as long as you stay.
- The retainer. Domain name, security certificate, uptime, and the live education library. This is not a fee for storing patient charts.
